Delete Account Request
Use this page to request deletion of your Attriax account and related data. We may ask for verification before processing your request, and some records may stay in short-term archives or legal records where required.
Important
Account deletion can be permanent. Analytics and link data may no longer be recoverable, and archived recovery windows are limited.
What happens after you submit
- We verify that the requester is authorized to act for the account or workspace.
- Deleted user records may remain in a restricted archive for up to 30 days so accidental deletions can be reviewed or reversed.
- Deleted apps and links may remain in a restricted archive for up to 7 days before permanent removal.
- Some billing, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance records may be retained longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
Use the signed-in Privacy Center
If you can still access the account, sign in and handle the request from your Profile privacy center. Project owners and editors can also use each project's Privacy tools to export or anonymize matched SDK user data.
If you cannot access the account
If sign-in is no longer possible, email support@attriax.com from the address tied to the account and include enough context for us to verify the request manually. Use that same address for DPA, contractual, or other non-product privacy requests.
