Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your receipts, invoices, and applicable VAT or sales tax are all handled by Paddle.

Subscriptions are monthly and self-serve. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Billing questions
Do I need a paid plan to start?
No. You can start on the Free plan, test deep links, track early app events, and upgrade only when your traffic or collaboration needs grow.
Who handles payments and invoices?
Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record. Your subscription receipt, invoice, and any refund are issued through Paddle, including any applicable VAT or sales tax.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page at any time as your volume, history, and team needs change.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your account moves back to the Free plan limits.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. Contact support with your account email and the charge details to request one.
